To ensure that the Diving Operations Manual was ‘fit for purpose’ a full review of the content was carried out and mapped against approved standards.

Job overview

As the company was UK registered it was essential that the manual was based on UK HSE Diving At Work Regulations 1997. However, in other operational divisions the standard varied from IMCA to ADCI. Additionally it was important to recognise the varying local requirements. A working group was elected and committee established which sat weekly to monitor and drive progress.

On completion of the project the decision was to completely re-write the diving operations manual and then issue as a completely new document.

• Post review implement and lead complete re-write of diving operations manual capable of delivering compliant safe diving operations worldwide.
